Two budgets
Buy dofollow backlinks cheap: what $100 and $1,000 can do
A small garden blog does not need a big budget, it needs a sensible order of operations. Here is how we would spend two round sums, with the reasoning shown.
Where we land
Spend the first $100 on four links, keep the rest in reserve
Cheap does not mean careless. The first few placements teach you more than the next fifty, so buy few, look closely, and wait for Search Console before topping up.
- Aim every link at one page you would proudly show a stranger.
- Never empty your balance in one afternoon.
- Treat $1 links as a way to test a donor type, not as a strategy.
Why a low price is not the same as a low standard
Prices in our shop run from $1 to about $500 per link, and the number follows donor authority, traffic and niche. Cheap often means small. Small does not have to mean worse.
A gentle allotment blog with 800 monthly visitors can be a far better home for your compost guide than a giant general site that never mentions soil. If you want to buy dofollow backlinks cheap, read the row first: Domain Rating, organic traffic, referring domains, niche and language all sit there for free.
We do not promise that any link will lift a page. Google decides that (see the red flags for what to avoid), and its spam systems have discounted unnatural links at scale since the December 2022 link spam update.
The two plans side by side
| The $100 season | The $1,000 season | |
|---|---|---|
| Number of links | About 4 to 8 | About 15 to 30, in waves |
| Where they point | One cornerstone guide | Three to four pages, 1 to 2 links each at first |
| Pace | One link every week or two | Two or three a week at most |
| Reserve kept back | $30 for a second look | $250 for month three |
| What we would check | Indexing in Search Console after 4 weeks | Impressions per page in Search Console, plus Ahrefs referring domains |
| What we would skip | Anything over $25 per link | Bulk orders in one day |
The $100 plan, week by week
Week one is not about links at all. Open Google Search Console, confirm the guide is indexed, and note its current impressions. That baseline matters later.
From week two, add one placement per visit, picking donors with a gardening, home or sustainability angle. Choose the automatic writer, give it the target URL and a natural keyword, and read the preview before paying.
By week six you will have four to six placements and a clear before-and-after in Search Console. If nothing moved, check the glossary for what the numbers mean, and resist the urge to double down, because a page that does not deserve to rank rarely gets rescued by links alone.
The $1,000 plan, in three plantings
Think seasons, not sprints. Plant the first $300 across two pages, wait a month, then prune what clearly did nothing.
The second $300 goes where Search Console showed movement. The final $400 is held back for a stronger donor or two, perhaps in the $50 to $150 range, if you have a product or booking page that earns money. Patience pays. Majestic and Ahrefs can both give you a second opinion on a donor before you commit.
Order slowly. A profile that grows over months looks like a real blog gaining friends.
Before you pay, run this short list
- The target page is indexed and loads fast on a phone.
- The donor row shows real traffic, not just a high rating.
- The site's niche is close to yours, or at least friendly to it.
- You have written down date, donor, anchor and target in a sheet.
- You can afford to wait eight weeks without ordering more.
