We collect what is needed to run an account and fulfil link orders. We do not sell personal data. Requests about your data go through your account page.
Who is responsible
Earthly Blogging operates this website and the marketplace behind it, and we handle the data described here. Send anything privacy related through your account page.
This policy covers visitors, account holders and publishers. It does not cover the websites where bought placements are published, which have their own rules.
What we collect
Account details come first. When you register or sign in we receive your email address and basic profile information from the sign-in method you choose.
Order details follow: the pages you want linked, keywords, instructions, finished articles you submit, baskets, orders and their status. Billing records such as top-ups, invoices and proforma invoices are also stored.
Technical data is collected too, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and error logs. We use it to keep the service running.

Why we use it
We use your data to run your account, process orders, publish the placements you request and answer your requests. That is our main reason.
We also use it to prevent abuse and fraud, to improve the shop, and to keep the records a marketplace needs. If we ever want to use your data for something new, we will say so here first.
Who sees it
We do not sell your data. Service providers who host the site, process balance top-ups, send email or help us analyse use may see what they need to do that job.
A placement is public by nature. The article and link that go live on a donor site can be read by anyone, so do not put private information in your instructions or articles.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order data for as long as it is needed to run your account and to look back at past orders and invoices. Records of paid orders may stay longer than the account itself.
Backups are separate.
Your choices
If you want to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, send the request through your account page and say clearly what you need.
Please keep requests short and specific.
We may update this policy when our practice changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and our terms of service apply alongside it.
